To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests at Paris Royal Estate, we kindly ask that the following house rules are respected.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Early check-in may be available subject to availability, and late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, depending on availability.

Registered Guests Only

Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight in the apartment.

Respect for Neighbors

Paris Royal Estate is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Ibex Hill. Guests are kindly asked to respect neighbours and keep noise levels reasonable.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents.

No Parties or Events

Parties, events or large gatherings are not permitted within the apartments or anywhere on the property.

No Smoking Indoors

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Guests may use outdoor areas if necessary.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.

Property Care

Guests are asked to treat the apartment, furniture and appliances with care. Any damage should be reported as soon as possible.

Safety and Security

For security reasons, guests should ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.

Shared Facilities

Guests are welcome to enjoy shared facilities including the swimming pool, gym and outdoor spaces, and are asked to use these areas respectfully.

Check-out Condition

Please leave the apartment in a reasonable condition at check-out. Regular housekeeping services help maintain the apartment during your stay.
