Booking and Check-in

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Early check-in may be available subject to availability, and late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, depending on availability.

Can I contact you directly before booking?
Yes. Guests are welcome to contact us directly through the contact form or WhatsApp if they have questions about availability, long stays or special requests.

Do you offer long-term stays?
Yes. Paris Royal Estate welcomes both short and long-term stays, making it ideal for business travellers, relocations and extended visits to Lusaka.

Apartment Amenities

Are the apartments fully furnished?
Yes. Each apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready, including a fully equipped kitchen, living area, bedrooms and modern appliances.

Is the kitchen fully equipped for cooking?
Yes. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with essential appliances, cookware and dining utensils, allowing guests to comfortably prepare meals during their stay.

Do the apartments have Wi-Fi?
Yes. All apartments include high-speed Wi-Fi, making them ideal for business travellers and remote work.

Is housekeeping included?
Yes. Regular housekeeping services are provided to ensure your apartment remains clean and comfortable during your stay.

Are the bedrooms en-suite?
Yes. All bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy.

Do the apartments have backup electricity?
Yes. Each apartment is equipped with an inverter system that provides backup electricity during power outages. This system supports essential items such as lighting, Wi-Fi, television, phone charging, the refrigerator and one small fan or appliance at a time.

Please note that high-power heating appliances such as kettles, ovens, stoves, toasters, electric heaters, hair dryers, irons and microwaves cannot be used when running on inverter power, as they may overload the system.

For cooking convenience, the stove operates on gas, so guests are still able to prepare meals during power outages.

Yes. Paris Royal Estate offers 24/7 security within a secure residential setting.

Do guests have access to shared facilities?

Yes. Guests can enjoy shared facilities including the swimming pool, gym and landscaped outdoor areas.

Location & Getting Around

How far is Paris Royal Estate from the airport?

Paris Royal Estate is approximately 20–25 minutes from Kenneth Kaunda International Airport, depending on traffic.

Are there supermarkets or grocery stores nearby?

Yes. Guests have easy access to several nearby shopping centres including Twin Palm Mall, Centro Mall and East Park Mall, which offer supermarkets, restaurants and everyday essentials.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Airport transfers are not currently provided. However, taxis and ride-hailing services are readily available at the airport.
